docs: 使用文檔增補「段落屬性照常設、原子透明」一項

同步 main 之原子透明修復：CSS 基礎設定新增第 8 項，說明段落可正常設
text-indent／hanging-punctuation／text-decoration，庫內已統一處理（歸零過
套用之繼承屬性、令原子承接段落裝飾），首行縮排正常、下劃線連續，無需額外配置。
HTML 列表與 Markdown 孿生同步，經 manifest 重建為自含單檔。
